MAP Building Project –also referred to as the Capital Campaign, this project has been underway since 2004, with the intent of adding on to our current structure and providing first floor accessible bathrooms and a more welcoming narthex area. Memorial Fund – Monies that are given in memoriam or in honor of individuals.  These funds go into designated accounts and are used based on what the family chooses to designate donations to or what the giver wants them to be used for in absence of a designation from the family. Memorial gifts are reported each month on the last page of the Messiah Messenger.

Other Gift Opportunities

We also take regular donations of non-perishable food items for the Maine Township Food Pantry. Items are collected each week by our Sunday School and Child Care students, and are picked up by the Maine Township van every three-four weeks. We proudly support the Pantry with hundreds of food items each month, and in the summer months our "Prayer and Produce" garden supplies fresh vegetables, too! We welcome gifts to support this mission ... check out the "Donation Station" in the Narthex.

Our Manna Gift Cards Fundraiser is now in its 6th year, and raises over $1000 annually for different projects at Messiah. Orders can be placed through the Church or the Child Care Center - visit our Order Page to dowload a pdf order form.                 Manna is a gift card program that works on percentages. Gift card orders for local businesses are taken monthly, and while customers pay face value for the cards, Messiah earns a percentage of profit. Gift cards can be used for everyday shopping needs – not just for gifts!
