Drop-In
on July 9th from 6-9pm at the Parsonage.

Youth Group Outing
to Orbit Roller Rink in Palatine Friday, July 16th. We will meet at Messiah at 6pm. Please eat first. $3 skate rental and $7.50 admission. Orbit closes at 11pm. We will probably need a few drivers. Younger children can get picked up at Orbit earlier.

VBS NEEDS

Attention VBS Volunteers:
We will be having VBS training for all volunteers Wednesday, July 13th at 6pmin the Parsonage. We will be finished in time for WoW. There will be another session for those who cannot make the 13th. We will have the alternate VBS training on Sunday, July 17th at noon, in the Parsonage.

Attention Decorators:
All who are interested in decorating Messiah to look like the Serengeti, we will decorate in stages. First will be the Parsonage on Sunday, July 10th after Worship. We might be painting props still, so work clothes are a good idea. Lunch will be provided. We will decorate the Narthex and Sanctuary at 5pm on Sunday, July 24th.

Registrars Needed:
We are in need of 3 registrars for the 25 and 26th of July from 8:30-9:30am. We will have a pre-registration Check-In for the VBS attendees on July 17th from 1-2:30pm. All forms can be turned in and signed and group assignments passed out. If anyone would be able to assist us with the paperwork on the 17th, please contact Julie Holzer.

Others Needed:
We are still looking for a few good people to help out at VBS. Still needed are cooks, game leaders and craft leaders. Please contact Julie Holzer or the office if you'd like to help.
